Appointments, Cancellations and Fees

Appointment requests made through this website are requests only and are confirmed by our office. We are a cash based practice. Current fees are shown at the time of booking and are due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.
